How is pricing structured?

You pay for the modules you switch on, your number of users, and how you host — shared cloud, private cloud, or in-house at your own servers. The quickest way to a firm number is to request a quote: pick your modules, tell us your team size and industry, and we'll send pricing scoped to your setup.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 15-day free trial. You choose which modules to enable when you register.

Can we start small and add modules later?

Yes. Turn on what you need today and add more as you grow — it's one platform, so adding a module isn't a new integration.

Can you build a module we don't see listed?

Yes. Existing modules can be extended with custom fields, workflows, approval ladders and reports, and genuinely new modules can be built into your tenant — sharing the same data model, permissions and audit trail as everything that ships as standard. Custom scope is priced per customer, so request a quote describing what you need.

Can we host it ourselves?

Yes — choose In-House Hosting and we deploy AI TekyAgent ERP on your own servers, with no monthly hosting fee (just a one-time configuration & implementation fee). If you want isolation without running hardware, Private Cloud Hosting gives you a dedicated instance on AWS or Google Cloud managed by us.
