- Role-based access controls can govern what users see and do, including controls at field level. Sensitive fields can be redacted, and the AI agent is designed to operate within the signed-in user's configured permissions.
- Audit controls
- Supported create, update and delete events — including supported Teky Agent actions — can be recorded to provide a reviewable history across available modules.
- Information security & AI governance
- TEKYDOCT operates a documented ISO 27001-aligned information-security management system and an ISO 42001-aligned AI management system, with an external Stage 2 certification audit targeted for 2027. We are not certified today and do not claim to be — what follows is the set of controls actually in place.
- Brunei governance considerations
- Our governance programme is informed by Brunei's AITI Guide on AI Governance and Ethics and is designed to support applicable data-protection obligations. Customer configuration, processes and contracts remain part of determining compliance.
