One platform vs 8–10 disconnected tools

Spreadsheets for accounts. One app for CRM, another for HR, a third for payroll, plus email, chat and a folder of documents. It's how most teams grow — each tool solves one problem at the moment you feel it. The trouble is the seams between them.
The cost of the seams
- The same record gets re-entered across CRM, HR, payroll and finance.
- Numbers disagree between systems, so no one fully trusts the dashboard.
- Reports are stitched together by hand — late, and out of date by the time they land.
- Access and approvals are configured differently in every tool.
None of this shows up as a line item, which is exactly why it's so expensive. It's paid in re-keying, reconciliation and decisions made on stale data.
One source of truth
An integrated platform attacks the seams directly: every module shares one data model, so you update once and it's reflected everywhere. One login, one permission model, one audit trail. Reports and dashboards are drawn live from the same data the work happens on.
Start where it hurts, grow from there
Consolidation doesn't have to be a big-bang migration. Turn on the modules you need first — say Sales and Projects — and add HR, payroll or procurement as you grow. Because it's one platform, adding a module isn't another integration to maintain; it's just more of the same source of truth.
See it on your own business.
